We earn it through structure, not promises. Every transaction is collateral-backed, independently underwritten, and documented with full investor protection before a single dollar is committed. Our investors trust us because we give them every reason to.

Our process does not change deal to deal. The same underwriting standard, the same structuring discipline, and the same level of scrutiny is applied whether it is our first transaction or our hundredth. Consistency is not a value we aspire to, it is how we operate.

We report at the asset level, not the fund level. Every investor receives monthly updates, quarterly reviews, and full visibility into the specific property, collateral coverage, terms, and live performance of their capital. Our investors deserve to know exactly where their capital stands at all times.

River Note Capital was founded by two practitioners with deep roots in commercial real estate lending, one who spent decades building institutional banking relationships and closing billions in commercial loans, and one who committed his career to the precision of structured credit and investment management. Together, we saw an opportunity the market had overlooked: sophisticated investors deserved access to the same disciplined, bank-quality private credit that institutions had always kept close. So we built the firm to deliver it.

Yigal Niasoff
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Yigal brings over 30 years of commercial real estate lending experience to River Note Capital. Over the course of his career he has closed in excess of $4 billion in commercial loans, working alongside some of the most respected banks and developers in the industry. He leads all bank partnerships and deal origination, and is the primary relationship between River Note Capital and its institutional lending network.
Yoni Tilson
Co-Founder
Yoni holds a master’s degree in accounting and has built his career at the intersection of structured credit and investor relations. At River Note Capital he leads investment management, financial oversight, and all investor reporting. Every structured credit analysis, portfolio decision, and investor communication runs through Yoni directly
